{"id":8417,"date":"2023-11-20T12:25:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T11:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investiga.puenteromano.net\/?p=8417"},"modified":"2023-12-04T12:23:34","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T11:23:34","slug":"museo-de-la-sidra-trabanco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investiga.puenteromano.net\/index.php\/2023\/11\/20\/museo-de-la-sidra-trabanco\/","title":{"rendered":"MUSEO DE LA SIDRA-TRABANCO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hicimos una visita al primer llagar que tuvo Trabanco el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de noviembre. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visita que estuvo guiada en todo momento por una chica muy amable que nos recibi\u00f3 en la entrada nada m\u00e1s llegar, primero nos explico cual fue y sigue siendo porque de echo todav\u00eda esta en pie el \u00e1rbol m\u00e1s grande de por all\u00ed que es un roble tiene m\u00e1s de 1000 a\u00f1os, luego bajamos hasta donde ten\u00edan la presa ah\u00ed echaban las manzanas para lavarlas que pasaban despu\u00e9s por un lavadero donde las pochas y las piedritas que se quedan en el fondo.  Al rato bajamos donde los toneles nos dijo que hab\u00edan toneles de 200 a 600 litros ah\u00ed se dejaba fermentar la sidra la cual antes se mayaba en cubiles de madera y ahora se prensan en cubiles de metal para q las manzanas suelten todo su jugo.
