Para que la clarificaci\u00f3n del mosto sea efectiva, es recomendable usar manzanas verdes o muy maduras. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FERMENTACI\u00d3N MALOL\u00c1CTICA <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se inicia tras realizar la tumultuosa y sigue durante el embotellado y suele durar entre 3 y 5 meses.
