Entre los derrumbes se reconocen restos de argamasa de cal de las antiguas construcciones y en el extremo oriental y m\u00e1s alto de la fortificaci\u00f3n, unos hoyos irregulares cavados en la roca. Se dice que hab\u00edan sido halladas monedas. Una leyenda dice que hab\u00eda referencias a los moros y a sus tesoros.
