La presa se construy\u00f3 sobre los a\u00f1os veinte del siglo pasado, con la funci\u00f3n de abastecer de agua a un molino que mol\u00eda el grano para hacer harina. Dej\u00f3 de utilizarse en los a\u00f1os 60, y desde entonces solo la utilizan los ni\u00f1os para ba\u00f1arse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-7a16a37d-3ffe-4fa0-89ec-b07e3b3864a4\">El gran problema que ocasionaba su estructura era el remonte del salm\u00f3n, ya que el muro mide unos 4 metros. Entonces, sobre los a\u00f1os noventa, <strong><em>Excavaciones Moro<\/em><\/strong> propuso hacer una salmonera para facilitar su paso. La labor no fue f\u00e1cil, pues solo se dispon\u00eda de unas escaleras de piedra para bajar al lugar, pero con ayuda de palas y excavadoras, se consigui\u00f3 construir una peque\u00f1a salmonera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-858a25d2-381a-43c1-9e24-4bce56b14f81\">Actualmente la presa no cumple ninguna funci\u00f3n debido a que el molino esta derruido y el canal que lleva el agua hacia \u00e9l roto en algunos tramos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Identificaci\u00f3n del recurso:&nbsp;Presa Localizaci\u00f3n\/acceso: Carre\u00f1a de Cabrales, Asturias.
