Este antiguo caser\u00f3n  localizado en  Meluerda, cuenta con m\u00e1s de doscientos a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad, pasando a propiedad de mi familia paterna en torno al a\u00f1o1947, gracias a los ahorros conseguidos con el trabajo de la ganader\u00eda de mis bisabuelo y sus hermanos, lo que les cost\u00f3 1000 de las antiguas pesetas, equivalentes a unos 6.000 euros actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se divid\u00eda en varias dependencias: la vivienda, el bar, varias cuadras, el gallinero, el cubil, varias tejavanas y una finca de 80 \u00e1reas que rodea toda la casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la planta baja, para aumentar los ingresos familiares, se abri\u00f3  un bar que estuvo activo desde 1948 hasta 1973.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de que la propiedad pasase a la m\u00eda, viv\u00edan dos familias en la casa, una en la zona de arriba y otra en la zona de abajo, compartiendo la cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente la finca se destina a la cr\u00eda de ovejas, una cuadra se emplea como llagar y las dem\u00e1s como almac\u00e9n de maquinaria agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llam\u00f3 mi atenci\u00f3n la localizaci\u00f3n del gallinero en lo alto de una de las cuadras, para proteger a las gallinas del zorro y otros peligros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>por Lorena\/ Enero 9, 2022 \/hoja de registro identificaci\u00f3n del recurso: Caser\u00f3n antiguo Localizaci\u00f3n: Meluerda\/ribadesella estado de conservaci\u00f3n: deteriorado actualmente, en uso agrario (almac\u00e9n de maquinaria agr\u00edcola) informadores: Jos\u00e9 Manuel S\u00e1nchez Gonzalo y Jos\u00e9 Angel S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00ednez bibliograf\u00eda :desconocida Informadora: Lorena S\u00e1nchez Gonz\u00e1lez Lorena S\u00e1nchez Gonz\u00e1lez.
